Last updated: 2026-04-30

By creating an ibookk account or using ibookk.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

ibookk-OS provides AI-assisted bookkeeping, tax-strategy matching, payroll preview, and IRS-notice analysis software for US small businesses. The software is provided “as is” on a paid subscription basis.

2. Not legal, tax, or accounting advice

Tax-strategy recommendations, IRS-notice analyses, and response-letter drafts generated by ibookk are informational only. They are not legal advice, tax advice, or representation before the IRS. Only a licensed CPA, Enrolled Agent, or tax attorney can sign Form 2848 (Power of Attorney) and represent you before the IRS. You must have a qualified professional review any letter, return, or filing before mailing or submitting it. ibookk does not represent taxpayers before the IRS.

You may not use ibookk to file fraudulent returns, evade taxes, or misrepresent income to the IRS. We may suspend accounts engaged in such activity and report when required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ibookk's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. ibookk is not liable for IRS penalties, interest, or third-party fees that result from information you provided, decisions you made, or AI-generated output you used without professional review.
